Terms & Conditions

1. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Indra & Deva does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Incorrect selection of a model, colour, size or specification
• Failure to review product details before purchase
• Advances in personal circumstances
• Any other reason unrelated to a verified manufacturing defect

Once a purchase has been completed, the customer accepts that the order is final and non-refundable.

2. TWO-YEAR MANUFACTURING WARRANTY

Every Indra & Deva timepiece is covered by a two (2) year limited warranty, commencing from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies only to defects arising from the watch's workmanship or functioning under normal use.

The warranty does not constitute a general return or exchange policy and does not provide a right to a refund.

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

The two-year warranty does not cover damage, defects or deterioration resulting from:

• Accidental damage, impact or dropping
• Scratches, dents, cracks or other cosmetic damage
• Neglect, misuse or improper handling
• Water or moisture exposure where the timepiece is not specifically rated for such exposure
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage to straps, buckles, clasps, crystals or other components caused by use or wear
• Unauthorised opening, servicing, repair, modification or alteration of the timepiece
• Repairs or servicing performed by anyone other than an authorised Indra & Deva representative
• Any modification made to the original timepiece

4. INSPECTION & DETERMINATION

We claim each warranty to subject to inspection and verification by Indra & Deva.

The customer may be required to return the item for physical inspection before any warranty claim can be confirmed.

Indra & Deva reserves the sole right to determine whether an issue constitutes a genuine manufacturing defect covered under this warranty.

A customer's opinion of a defect does not automatically establish eligibility for warranty coverage.

5. DAMAGE AFTER DELIVERY

Once the timepiece has been delivered, the customer is responsible for its care and safekeeping.

Where a timepiece is found or appears to have been materially or physically damaged after delivery, such damage may not be covered unless it is verified as a manufacturing defect.

We advise all customers to inspect their timepiece carefully upon receipt.

6. APPROVED WARRANTY CLAIMS

When Indra & Deva determines that a warranty claim is valid and covered under the terms of this warranty, Indra & Deva will determine the appropriate remedy.

A warranty claim does not automatically result in a refund or exchange.

The remedy may include repair, servicing or replacement of the affected component, subject to availability and warranty conditions.

7. CLAIMS FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE

Customers must inspect their package immediately upon delivery.

Any visible damage to the external packaging or timepiece must be reported to Indra & Deva within 48 hours of delivery, together with clear photographs and any relevant evidence.

Failure to report transit damage within the prescribed period may affect eligibility for a claim.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once placed may be considered final.

Orders cannot be cancelled or returned after confirmation except where expressly approved by Indra & Deva.

9. FINALITY OF PURCHASE

By placing an order with Indra & Deva, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• All sales are final.
• No returns, refunds or exchanges are permitted.
• The customer has reviewed the item and relevant product information.
• The policy does not affect any rights provided by applicable law.
• Indra & Deva reserves the right to review any claim outside the scope of this policy.
